Mildred Sisco

Mildred Arlene Sisco, age 76, of Chadwick, passed away in her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 14, 2015. She was born August 4, 1939 in Bruner, the daughter of Simon and Ella (Hale) Smith. In 1955 Mildred and Don Sisco were united in marriage. They continued to live in Christian County, throughout Mildred's life. Mildred was baptized along with her son, Randy, in 1967. She attended Chadwick Union Church. She was a devoted Christian, and was faithful to her church. Mildred loved to take care of her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When time allowed, Mildred enjoyed being outdoors, fishing or just taking a walk. Survivors include her husband, Don; a daughter Penny Loveland and husband Mark of Chadwick; a daughter-in-law Susie Sisco of Chadwick; five grandchildren and their spouses, Markie and Keesha Loveland of Chadwick, Jason and Michelle Sisco of Chadwick, Amanda and Ty Lowery of Sparta, Brandy and Bill Reichle of Chadwick, and Angel and David Haden of Ava; 16 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Taylor, Zachary, Lexi and Trinity Loveland, Austin, Kevin, and Chyanne Sisco, Ethan, Elynn, and Jaxon Lowery, Billy Jo, Braley, and Bro-D Reichle, Noah, and Waylon Haden; two sisters, Mary Gullett and husband Don of Bruner, and Marjorie Jo and Tim Cook of Rogersville; and a brother, Bill Smith of Bruner. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Ella Smith, her son, Randy Sisco, and a sister-in-law Wanda Smith. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, August 17, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Burial will be in Chadwick Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home.
