Brenda Gahagan

Brenda Carol Gahagan, age 64, of Ozark, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018. She was born January 18, 1954 in Ozark, the daughter of Ward and Vivian Tessie (Hampton) Loucks. She was a graduate of Glendale High School in Springfield, received her Bachelor's degree from Missouri State University and Master's Degree from Pittsburg State University. In December, 1976, she and Jimmy Kent Gahagan were married. Survivors include: Her husband Jim; a daughter, Sara Lindsey and husband Matthew, and their son, Breck; two sons, Brian Gahagan, and Barry Gahagan; other relatives and friends. Brenda devoted her life to her family, her career as a therapist, and her friends. She always saw joy in the smallest of things and the humor in the silliest of things. Seeing others happy truly made her happy, as she loved to help people. Her grandson Breck was an absolute treasure to her and she enjoyed having him. She is very deeply missed. Memorial donation in Brenda's name may be made to Ozarks Food Harvest. The family of Brenda would like to say "Thank You" for all the acts of love and kindness shown to them.
