Frankie Horner

Frankie Dean Horner, age 71, of Ozark, passed away in his home Tuesday, September 25, 2018. He was born December 28, 1946 in Springfield, the son of Ruth (Sowards) Horner and Tom Horner. He was a 1964 graduate of Ozark High School. Frankie served in the Army National Guard from 1965 to 1971. He worked in the Cabinet Workshop industry as a woodworker until he retired in 2008. Frankie loved fishing, hunting, golf, and watching football, baseball, college basketball, and auto racing. Frankie is survived by: His son, Michael Horner of Lee's Summit, MO; daughter, Michelle Gideon and husband James of Ozark, MO; grandchildren, Emily Gideon of Independence, MO and Nathaniel Gideon of Ozark, MO. Friends and family may pay their respects at the memorial visitation on Monday, October 1, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Adams Funeral Home, 504 West Walnut Street, Ozark. Burial will be in Hopedale Cemetery.
