George O. Zinke

George O. Zinke went to be with the Lord Monday, December 16, 2019 after a struggle with congestive heart failure. George was born February 4, 1937 in Chicago, Il to Joseph Zinke and Josephine (Wirth) Zinke. He was married to his lovely wife, Elaine (Vigansky) Zinke for 60 years, June 7, 1959. George is survived by his wife Elaine; his children Alan and wife Sheri, Andrew and wife Kimberly and Alane and husband Jerry; also a sister Mildred, husband David; a nephew Davie; and sister-in-law, Loretta. He dearly loved his 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. His sense of humor and tender heart will be missed by all. The family will hold a memorial service to be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 911 West Mount Vernon Street, Nixa, MO. A visitation will be leld prior to the service 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the church. A luncheon will follow the service. Flowers or donations may be sent directly to church. Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
