Lena (Garrison) Carline

Lena Leonia Carline, age 81, of Ozark, passed away Monday, November 9, 2015 in Ozark Rivervew Manor. Lena was born May 7, 1934 in Ava, the daughter of Floyd and Sylvia (Archer) Garrison. Lena worked as an interior decorator and also as a respiratory therapist. A world traveler, Lena also lived in France and Hawaii. In 1983 she joined the Peace Corps, serving in Africa. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Ezelle. In 1984 she married Ken Carline from Britain. He passed away in 2013. Lena was also preceded in death by a son, Victor Ezelle, and a brother Howard Garrison. Survivors include: A daughter Linda Schupbach and husband Fred of Ozark; grandchildren, Michael, Brennan, Vanessa, Heather and Lucas; three great-grandchildren; and seven brothers and sisters. A graveside funeral will be held at a later date in Arden Cemetery, Douglas County, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
