Othel "Tiny" Colburn

Othel "Tiny" Colburn, born November 16, 1928 to Lynford and Beulah Colburn departed this life June 14, 2017, surrounded by his family. He married Barbara Selix, deceased, on May 26, 1951, the love of his life. To this union seven children were born: Patty Munden, deceased, Vonnie Caswell (Leonard,) Lorene Coble, Karyn Anderson, Katie Cox (Mark); Justin Colburn (Janie,) Joe Colburn (Tammy.) Twelve grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; one brother, Basile, Elizabeth, Colorado, two sisters, Jean (Jack,) Allen, Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Gail Gosage (Gary) Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a sister in law, Doris Coleman, Delta, Colorado. Tiny worked on a dairy farm, and cattle farms most of his life. Some of his last words were: He had a "wonderful life." A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017 in Fordland Cemetery, Fordland, Missouri, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Jim Anderson officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Donations may be made to St. Jude or Convoy of Hope.
